Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 30, 2026

Forbattring, Inc. ("Forbattring," "we," "us," or "our") provides the Job Board ERP website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). Job Board ERP is a workforce and field-service management platform used by businesses and their authorized workers. This Privacy Policy explains how the Service accesses, collects, uses, stores, and shares information.

Location Data

Job Board ERP accesses and collects precise location data, including GPS coordinates, accuracy, speed, heading, and timestamps, to provide employee check-in and check-out records, associate work activity with a job location, and create mileage and trip records.

When a user starts mileage tracking, Job Board ERP collects location data while the mileage-tracking feature is active. This collection can continue in the background, including when the app is minimized, the screen is off, or the app is not actively in use, so the app can record the route and calculate the trip. Background location collection stops when the user stops mileage tracking. On supported devices, the app displays a persistent system indicator or notification while mileage tracking is active.

For check-in and check-out, the app may collect the user's precise location at the time the user performs those actions. Location records may be stored on the device until they are synchronized and may be transmitted to Job Board ERP systems. They are made available to the user's employer or organization and its authorized administrators for timekeeping, payroll support, mileage reimbursement, job verification, dispatch, operational records, and related workforce-management purposes.

Job Board ERP does not use location data for advertising and does not sell location data. Users may deny or revoke location permission in device settings, but check-in, check-out, job-location, or mileage-tracking features may be unavailable or incomplete.

Information We Collect

Account and profile information

We may process a user's name, email address, telephone number, employer or organization, employee or user identifier, login credentials or authentication tokens, role, permissions, and other information maintained by the user's organization.

Work and business records

Depending on the features enabled by the user's organization, the Service may process job assignments, customer and worksite information, schedules, time and attendance records, check-in and check-out times and locations, mileage routes and trip details, payroll and reimbursement information, field tickets, expenses, notes, forms, signatures, and other records submitted through the Service.

Photos, documents, camera, and microphone

When a user chooses to use these features, the Service may access the camera or the device's system file or photo picker to capture or select receipt images, job documentation, attachments, or other work records. If an authorized communication or security-camera feature is used, the Service may access the microphone for audio communication. The app accesses this content only when the user selects or initiates the applicable feature and grants the required device permission.

Device, diagnostic, and usage information

We may collect device type, operating-system and app version, network and connection information, IP address, push-notification token, installation identifier, timestamps, feature interactions, error logs, crash reports, and diagnostic information. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service and to deliver requested notifications.

Website and inquiry information

When someone submits a website contact or demonstration-request form, we may collect the person's name, email address, company name, telephone number, area of business, expected number of users, message, and other information voluntarily provided. Our website may also receive standard server-log information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and access times.

How We Use Information

How We Share Information

We may share information in the following circumstances:

We do not sell personal or sensitive user data, including precise location data, and we do not use precise location data for advertising.

Data Storage, Security, and International Processing

Some information, including unsynchronized check-in or mileage records, may be stored locally on the user's device. Information submitted to the Service is transmitted using encrypted connections such as HTTPS. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we or they operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service to the applicable organization, maintain required business and employment records, comply with legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the Service. Retention periods may be determined by the user's employer or organization. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten or securely deleted.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information by contacting their employer or organization administrator or by contacting us at support@jobboarderp.com. Because Job Board ERP accounts and work records are generally managed by the subscribing organization, we may need to verify and coordinate a request with that organization. We will delete or de-identify information when required, except where retention is necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, contractual, payroll, employment-record, or other legitimate purposes disclosed here.

User Choices and Device Permissions

Users can manage location, camera, microphone, photo, file, and notification permissions through device settings. Users can stop background mileage collection by stopping mileage tracking in the app and can also revoke location permission in device settings. Revoking a permission may prevent the related feature from working. Marketing communications, if any, will include an available opt-out method; essential service communications may still be sent.

Children's Privacy

The Service is a business workforce-management product and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the Service, please contact us.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service, our practices, or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy at this URL and revise the effective date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
